How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Goldcongress Pest Control wants each homeowner who reaches out to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Goldcongress Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If a problem comes from work done in your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Goldcongress Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.

Steps to File

Email contact@goldcongress.living and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What to Expect

First, you get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle it, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
